moving out

You sent letter about dog messes and no one complies except my daughter . She buys bags for the poo! Her neighbor is a mess , dirt on walk way is crazy! Loud bass music A lot of the time. The lease is up end of March, we are out of here.

cute little units. affordable. friendly neighbors

Nice area. Has issues, sure, but all older places do. Did consider staying. Always felt safe. Friendly staff that did their best to take care of everything. Good maintenance

Could be better but not terrible

Its sometimes a challenge getting maintenance to fix things in a timely manner. The complex has gone through at least 5-6 different property managers. Neighbors that are here currently are nosey and obnoxious. But they can be flexable on certaim things if communicated in a timely manner.

Overall it's okay to live

The management is great but the maintenance take forever to complete tasks the location is not the greatest and the noise is very small
